Pleasant. I came with ten others. After seven p.m. my group egressed, and it was cozy and quiet with seven others in the table area. I was comfortable to stay and drink and do homework for a while. Pricy of course.

The wine bar here is top notch! Get the Artisan cheese and Charcuterie duo appetizer!! You won't be disappointed.

It's definitely worth checking out. And *I'll* be back to check out the wine bar, too :)

LOVED our class at Uncorked Kitchen. My husband and I did a date night event, featuring Mexican/Asian fusion. It was so much more than the average cooking class (we've been to a few before,) with appetizers when we got there, much bigger portions of booze (no rationing to the one small included glass - like everyone else seems to!,) much bigger portions of food (we took home quite a bit,) and a great/fun experience overall. Oh, and the heirloom tomatoes for the salsa were grown on the property. Nice touch!

I have not had a class here yet, but it is definitely at the top of my to-do list for next time I'm in Colorado.

They have such a cute patio with amazing views, but I was unfortunately unable to take advantage of it due to the rain. Next time!

1 star for the view and 1 star for the Chardonnay wine flight. Such terrible service I can’t rate the food; we arrived at 5:30pm and waited 20minutes for wine and the opportunity to order off the happy hour menu. We then waited another 45 mins for 3 simple appetizers like pita bread and hummus. Silverware and napkins were not provided after we asked for them either. After complaining the self-proclaimed “seasoned Pro” waiter blamed it on us ordering at their busiest time but the table next to us had a high turnover and everybody received food before us from a different waiter. The manager then told us they were low on staff and apologized for their unusual evening. Still hungry, we had to grab dinner afterwards. Because our waiter was so defensive we won’t return. What a horrible date night!

Great view, terrible service. Turns a romantic evening into frustration. This place is suppose to be about atmosphere, but when you wait almost an hour for simple starters, not even a great view and a glass of wine can turn the mood. If you have time and a lot of patience, it might be worth going once for the view. otherwise don’t bother. It took more that 50 minutes to bring out canapés and snack platters that required no time to prepare. That was after waiting 20 minutes for a glass of wine. Never brought any cutlery or napkins. Luckily we got our wine before that. It was not even a busy night. Server was no where to be seen and argued with us after we raised concern on waiting that Long. Unfortunately will not return after that.
