We arrived a little early due to our ride to the Enterprise office having mechanical trouble. Our car we had reserved was not yet ready, and the y offered to take us back to our residence and pick us back up when the car was available. In the meantime another care ( an upgrade ) became available and asked if we wanted this car instead. We did and we were able to take it off the lot. No hassles! Very friendly and helpful on getting the car and checking it back in. We use this office frequently when we need to rent a car.
I didn’t end up renting a car from them but this Enterprise was wonderful. I was rear ended and have to put my car in the shop for a two week repair. I was under the impression that the insurance company of the person who hit me would be paying for my rental car but I found out differently when I was standing in the office ready to get the car. Jacki Leonard and her team were wonderful. Not only does she run a great team, show strong leadership but she was very understanding when I started balling in the office because I couldn’t afford to rent. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Insurance company’s stink and when you don’t budget for something like this because you don’t think you have to pay for it is stressful. However with Jacki’s wonderful positive attitude and her great team I was able to get a good understanding of what something like this would cost me if I ever did need to rent a vehicle. I’ll refer anyone I know needing a rental car service to Enterprise but especially to this store in specific because you guys are great!
A very nice experience...from the ease of pick-up by a real friendly person to the simple paper work procedure. Will certainly use them again...the people go out of their way to help you.
The Enterprise team at the Centennial location did a great job accommodating me during my stay in Colorado. The Ford Expedition was great and exactly what I wanted. They picked me up and dropped me off promptly where I was staying when requested.
I've had terrific levels of service at Enterprise. Had a car with a funky odor and they worked hard to correct the issue. They have great customer service.
