The lady(the white strawberry blonde) at the self help desk is a joke. All she could say was I dont know. If you don't know anything why are you sitting there? If people need help filling out legal documents and you don't know go sit a different desk!

Well overcrowded, treat the person incarcerated like they are not important, they are lazy and handle anything at their own convenience and at their own time frame! Good luck getting processed in or released on any kind of timely manner processing in could take 72hrs or more released if bonded count on at least 8 to more hours from time your bond is posted or regular releases it's on when they feel like it. Basically the deputies spend more time socializing amongst each other or on social media web sites then doing there jobs!!!

Jail isnt fun for anyone. In most cases we are put there for measing up. Jail is meant to change you for a poaitive future. I have always had a poaitive experience with the staff for the most part. Yes, the smell is something I cant handle but hey, dont go to jail. There are some changes in human rights that certainly need looking into. Domestic violence being one. The judges I have been assigned so far seem to be fair. Time will tell.

The jail is disgusting, overcrowded, and understaffed. The courthouse is not much different and in both places the deputies have a false ego that is filled with hatred. Their attitudes are so off putting it's truly disgusting. I've had one clerk out of about ten that has actually helped me. I was trying to get a protection order (the county put against my husband to "protect" me) dropped for a whole year. I had asked at least 20 times either in person or on the phone for instructions on how to go about the situation. I was either told that they couldn't do it at all, that they could and I could fax paperwork, or some other incorrect information. Finally last month I got the correct information and got the process started right there at the court house. The clerk only said about two short words to me but she does her job I guess. Try to avoid this jurisdiction.

The architecture, brutalist and pointless in design, is reminiscent of the worst part of the fifties. The smell is reminiscent of ammonia, and strange fumes emanating from the carpet irritate the eyes and induce dizziness. Even ignoring the injustice that occurs here on a regular basis, I can see no reason why anyone would want to spend their day here. Food's alright though.
