Staff here don't care about customers, they are slow even with only 5 people in the store. I asked for help and the guy told me I am new I don't know. That's why you apply for this job right? To help people?. Don't waste your time, go to park meadow store!!

Ordered a pair of Bostonians online. This store fulfilled my order. They had the courage to send me a pair of scratch and torn shoes. To the persons that fulfilled this order: If you bought a pair of shoes, would you like to get a piece of crap like this? You probably thought "Hey, that person is in Texas and we are in Colorado. He will never know where it came from". You probably forgot that there is a shipping label on the box that states from where it was sent. Macy's is definitely loosing their MAGIC. I will have to make a 25 minute drive to visit my nearest store and exchange them. I would recommend that management train their employees on how to address this type of situation. If management authorized this fulfillment, shame on you. You will start getting hit with bad reviews more often.
The staff here is slow and quite rude it's 7:30pm the store has like 10 customers in it and the registers don't have anybody at it and when they do the employees are extremely slow and rude! No wonder this company is slowly dying
Would rather have been able to use cash instead of applying for a new card. Staff was excellent.
