Good bank to work with to rebuild credit
Very rude and unprofessional. They use foreign call centers for their supposed customer service. You would think that with the interest they charge. They would be more courteous with customers. I personally never purchased a loan from them or would EVER recommend them to anyone . But , unfortunately I do know people who have.
Don't do business with these people. Taking advantage of people with bad credit should be illegal. I will never do business with them again.
The company charges you $10 to make a payment by phone and gives you a grace period to make your payment but then charges you interest on that payment within the "grace period" per day till payment is made and doesn't have an online payment option. Of course that would probably require the Customer to pay more charges. To top it off with crazy interest they charge for the loan itself. I for one will be refinancing threw anpther company.
I work in the Automotive industry and help customers get financing for their vehicles. Lobel has a flexible program and gives dealers a way go for most every person out there with any type of credit history or situation. The staff is very helpful and proficient.
