We had never had to make a claim for our home before and Tim Swenson was great at walking us through the process. The entire exterior of our home needed to be replaced/ repaired. When I first sat down with Tim he explained the process for fixing our house as well as the insurance process and everything from start to finish was great. I was always told to call for anything and not only did I call but they were always very easy to get ahold of and quick to answer and solve problems. I can guarantee you that it was less than one day. Materials dropped off on a Tuesday and Roof completed between 7:30 AM until 3 PM on a Wednesday. My 2000 sqft ranch home as complete.

So disappointed with the service from this company. Would not recommend them for a project. Still finding nails in my yard from a simple roofing job. Also tried to charge me for 2 out building roofs they did not so.

He was there when the insurance rep came, explained all the billing for me and made sure that I received fair compensation to replace what needed to be done. He was polite and personable. Hoffman Weber Construction did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters/ downspouts on our home. We initially hired a different contractor and ended up dealing with months of delays and nothing getting done. After signing the contract with Justin Persinger at Hoffman Weber, the work was done in a timely, professional manner (completed within 2 weeks). Justin was helpful in dealing with the insurance company and trying to make the process smooth for us. He went above and beyond! It was everything we hoped for and more! More than that, he came down face-to-face with my adjuster to inspect the entire property. His attention to detail gave me an estimate that was able to cover my whole home and everything I lost during the storm.
