I was so impressed with Lindsay who I worked with yesterday. I was shopping for renters insurance and not only did I get an amazing rate for that, but she also got me amazing coverage for car insurance as well. I've been with Progressive for my auto insurance for 6 years, and have never had customer service like I did with Lindsay yesterday. She was so personable and walked me through everything included in my policies to make sure I understood everything.
