They didn't try to sell me on the ring they wanted, they catered to what I wanted. Once I picked out the one I wanted, they made the buying process quick and easy. My husband and I designed and bought a custom wedding band and a custom engagement ring from Trice. The turn around time of 6 weeks was excellent and the customer care I received from Vern was also excellent! The engagement ring was actually created by Fana, a designer that works with Trice. The engagement ring came out exactly as it was mocked up and is beautifully made, though a few choices made in how to mount the jewels were not the best in quality for the long term. The band made by trice looks great overall as well. You cannot beat the price and service, I am very happy with the pieces we bought from Trice.
Trice has designed two beautiful rings for me. Each time my jeweler, Ben, has provided exceptional service and communication. I would never go anywhere else for my custom work. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even with complicated pieces, Trice was able to come through for me when other jewelers couldn't even come close. I look forward to purchasing all my future pieces through Trice and Ben.
The minute I walked into Trice I felt like I was at home. All of the staff were attentive and friendly. I recently need to replace my engagement ring and Ben was wonderful. He respected the price range I wanted to stay in and never tried to pressure me in any way to buy something that costs more. While I looked at the many choices they offered to replaced my band, Ben made everything so easy. I’m in awe of my new setting, it’s absolutely stunning. My experience at Trice at the University Blvd location was outstanding! From the diamond selection right on through to a custom ring design, the process was coordinated by their consultant Jeff. He was very patient with my many questions and he kept me informed at all times. The entire experience was really a pleasure and everyone on the staff was really great. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful and fetches compliments all the time. 5 Stars for Trice........these folks are simply THE BEST!
