This place has a wide variety of furniture

As far as the store goes they seem to have a nice selection. I thought the couches were a little hard but they looked cute.

Do not go here if you look younger because the staff made me feel so self concious and bad. I was going in to see if they had mirrors and to look for my mom for a couch. The lady in her 40s was fine but it was this 60+ year old lady, who I think was the manager, was judgey and rude. The 40 year old women went back to the manager and they were clearly whispering about me. The 40 year old said why I was there. Then the old women say they should follow me to make sure I do not steal anything. I looked back and then and then they continued to talk but in a lower tone. 1) I have worked in retail, in no way did I look like I was going to steal anything 2)how rude of them to even whisper LOUDLY about a customer right in front of them and 3 ITS A FURNITURE STORE HOW ON EARTH COULD A TINY FEMALE STEAL ANYTHING?! I mean really how do you steal furniture? The 40 year old blonde women gave me her card and answered my questions nicely but that old old lady followed me around the store and was so incredibly rude.

After placing the order, we were told the couch would be delivered a couple weeks out. The original date it was scheduled to be delivered on unfortunately could no longer happen because the trucks filled up. We weren't in a major rush but we wanted to have it delivered on a weekend so we didn't have to miss work. The delivery was rescheduled for the following weekend. Macy's will schedule a certain block of time on the day of your delivery. They also call you when they are on the way. Our appointment time came and went that Saturday , with no calls. We ended up calling Customer Service a couple hours after they were suppose to show up to ask what was going on. Customer Service couldn't give us a reason as why they never showed up or called. They ended up delivering it that following Tuesday and refunded the $200.00 delivery fee which I felt was fair.

They have a decent selection of furniture but way too many staff on hand. It was a little awkward looking around. They take turns taking customers, this means the only person in the store that will acknowledge your presence is your sales person and definitely not the 6 other sale people sitting around chatting.

We are very happy with our purchase and glad we went with Macy's for this significant furniture purchase. Hopefully, nothing happens to the sectional and we don't need to use the warranty but I hope if it comes to it, we will have a good experience with that as well.

This review pertains to this location as well as Macy's Customer Service. There were some mishaps with this purchase but we are very satisfied how Macy's handled the various situations that arose. This review is lengthy but I tried to detail the entire purchase experience with Macy's.

My wife and I recently purchased a full grain leather sectional from Macy's (the Warrin) which we absolutely love. We shopped around over the course of 2016 and after looking at Lazy Boy, Woodley's, AFW, Sofa Mart and a few other places we decided that the quality and price was the best at Macy's. Macy's also has a good warranty which is a bit costly but offers a piece of mind if anything should happen. Just a heads up, Macy's has a very good Veteran's Day / Black Friday Sale on most of their furniture. My wife and I visited this location during these sales and really liked a couple of sectionals. After talking with a sales representative for some time and trying the couch in person we decided to purchase the Warrin.

Once we had the couch, that is where the second part to this review starts. All the pieces were fantastic shape and worked properly, except one, the console. When we were in the store looking at the Warrin, the console (which was not apart of the floor model at the store) was described to us incorrectly. We were told the top lifted to provide a storage area with power connections which it doesn't have. Besides the console not being what was advertised, the leather on the cushions were damaged. After talking with the sale representative that helped us with the purchase, she passed us on to her manager who was very friendly and helpful. I expressed that is was not what we purchased and the console was a major reason purchasing this sectional. We had seen several other sectionals that were in the same price / quality category but decided to choose the Warrin due to checking all the boxes. After explaining my case to him, he was able to exchanged the damaged console for a new new and also refunded the cost to us (close to $350) which I felt was the correct course of action. We didn't want to return the couch (missed all the sales at this point and already fell in love with the Warrin), nor did we want to return just the console as that was big reason we chose to have a sectional. He could have easily have said there was nothing he could do but he righted the situation for us which we greatly appreciated.
