Yeah, so we moved here from Texas a few years ago and have been searching for good Tex-Mex to no avail. Lots of places say they are, but then you get there and they've got store-bought chips, Velveeta queso, guac out of a bag, (I could go on)....While Little Anita's isn't (and doesn't bill itself as) Tex Mex (it's actually New Mexican) it's the best in the genre we've found so far if you're looking for a sit down with wait staff. The margaritas are good (I prefer the on-the-rocks over frozen), the queso is rockin', the chips and salsa are pretty good (and they don't charge for refills like lots of Denver area Mexican food places do), and the service is always friendly. Fajitas are always good and so are their enchiladas (stacked New Mexican style) with green chile! YUM!

The one on Colorado Blvd is great. This one was pretty rough, but maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Took 5-10 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us, then close to 30 minutes for food to arrive. Breakfast burrito with vegetarian green chile tasted like nothing (a new level of bland). Whereas the same dish at the Colo. Blvd location = one of my favorites in town. Too bad.

Ordered breakfast burritos for 15 people on Cinco de Mayo and while they were very busy, they were polite and as quick as possible. We had no mistakes with our order and the food was still hot. They took the time to label each one and made it very easy for us to know who ordered what without opening them or taking anything apart. When I went to pick the burritos up, the restaurant smelled amazing so I'd love to come back and try their lunch/dinner menu! Thank you to Mike and the staff for a great breakfast!

Pace picante sauce and the chicken was greenish yellow. My wife's margarita could not be finished as it was so pre-mix tasting. Good service. Food has been much better in past. We live nearby and visit occasionally. This may be our last time - as it slides away from success.

Food is usually good when they get your order right, wentn for a lunch asked for no beans with my meal scrape beans off my food but can still taste it (nasty to me) ask for a small discount and told I didn't ask for no beans when I told them during the order and before the waitress got my food and was told I didn't ask for no beans. Owner is very rude and not too pleasant I'm done going to the Yosemite location.
