Though I'm new to owning a firearm, I've shot many times at many ranges. The indoor pistol range was very nice, clean, and well ventilated.
I have been here multiple times but have stopped going hence the 4 star. 3 star isn't fair but a 5 would be lying. There have been a number of times where I just don't feel like a valued customer. I'm in the market to become a member and am glad I didn't lock in with them. Some of the employees are nice and courteous but there are a number of bad eggs. I have been straight up ignored (to be fair a different employee did recognize this, apologized and helped me quickly despite that awkward tension). I have also met condescending employees that just kill the atmosphere. Also they are extremely strict with their time duration which is a bit of a buzzkill though understandable.
Walked out of the store with a very fairly priced Walther PPS and some good feels because it was a good experience overall.
I absolutely love this range. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The range experience is very professional and the classes are quite good. I can''t recommend them enough. I always am made to feel welcome from the second I walk in the door. The rest of the customers are all good people too. I have even use the gunsmith and they are top notch. 5-star experience all the way around!
I'll definitely back here for future purchases.
It is the nicest gun range/shop I have visited in Colorado. The range is clean, sophisticated and safe. Their gun rental pricing is pretty good also. The store also offer a lot of items to browse through. I can see why they are busy and known.
I recently went in to purchase my very first firearm. A lot of the reviews said that the staff were knowledgeable and reliable, in fact, that's why I chose to go there. The friendly staff helped me find the best possible gun for my needs and budget. The paperwork was smooth and easy. I even had an issue with limp wristing that they helped me out with while waiting on my background check.
Absolute top notch facility. Rangemasters were extremely helpful in making sure we're handling every firearm safely, and provided advice in a non-condescending way. We even had a .357 that malfunctioned and blew the barrel off! Despite that potentially dangerous situation, the staff rented us another .357 and explained that the gas-cutting phenomenon was very rare. After our lane rental was over, we browsed around the shop which has a great selection. Every clerk we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and most importantly practiced impeccable gun safety. Every firearm shown to us was presented with the action visibly open so we knew it was unloaded. Simple gesture, but I've seen it lacking at other ranges. If I still lived in Colorado I'd be purchasing my first gun here without a doubt. Thanks guys!
Place doesn't look like they need my money so I'll be going else where but other than those negative experiences it isn't a terrible spot. I personally can't get over those bad moments. You judge yourself.
I love this place. The range is awesome with state of the art targets, lighting, and ventilation. The staff is very knowledgeable without being jerks about it. All of the classes I've attended are great. They have special events and membership specials. I have been a member for a few years now and have loved every year. Go check it out for yourself.
