What great service! My very old sewing machine was treated to the service it needed and deserved. Chris took time to explain what needed to be done and as soon as my approval was given Omar did the work! The turnaround time was important to me as I had need of my machine for an upcoming wedding. Omar insisted that the service was on him that day and I did not have to make a payment. How great! This store and its employees have set the bar for customer service very high. If you ever need anything fixed, or are trying to buy home appliances/furniture/etc., this store has everything you need and the people there are focused to help!
When I walked in, I was surprised at how clean and organized the store was. All the employees were dressed very nicely and I was welcomed by a sales associate, Omar. Omar showed me around the store and then proceeded to find another employee to repair my computer. He was very friendly and attentive. Steven did not take long to repair my laptop, and it works!
I had a horrible experience dealing with the rude and misleading workers here. It's a bummer I have to give them a star at all.

My laptop hasn't been functioning for a few months, because the fan socket had popped off the logic board. A few of my friends suggested that I go to AAAA TEVA to get it repaired. At first I was a little hesitant, because I would normally get my repairs done at the Apple store, but I gave it a try.
My Fiance and I came in to purchase vacuum belts, ended up finding a couch and dinning table that we loved. Doug was absolutely wonderful in helping us decide what we liked (he even moved tables around to see how they looked with the couch). He was great in the application process for the credit programs. We walked out of the store with everything we wanted, and more. But on top of that, one of the best client care experiences we have ever had. We found our permanent home to shop for home furniture and appliances, all thanks to Doug. Thank you!!!!!!!!! We will most definitely be back!
