I'm from Dillon and came down to buy a car stereo. The service tech was leaving so he looked for other stores that could do the install today but couldn't find any. So he stayed around to do the install even though I didn't have an appointment. The rest of the store was a mess with no one communicating or motivated to work. Luckily the technician want the extra mile to make sure I left happy.

I had a faulty aux cable for playing music in my truck. I walked in to exchange it but no one could find the same item. Joe, the GM just gave me the store brand for free, which was nice. After getting to my truck, it didn't seem to work too well with my setup, still a good product though. Went back in and Joe decided to grab a couple different kinds, walk out to my truck with me and test a few to see which worked better. After finding the one that worked, he said have a good day and walked off. Great customer service from the leader of the store. If this is how he trains his employees, I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Joe!

I wanted a stereo installed. I was having difficulty finding help foe the short amount of time I had available. I found Andre there at Best Buy. He was quick and saved me money too. Very good service in timely manner.

Usually I don’t bother to write reviews but my experience with a manager here was terrible enough to make me post this. I was shopping around and overheard a manager named Eric treating some of the employees there in a very degrading manner. The employees there all seemed respectful and hardworking, and I actually went out of my way to get help from another employee instead of this manager. This employee was very helpful and he went above and beyond in making sure I got the best deal. I have been to this store a lot and sadly noticed this specific managers poor attitude on multiple occasions. The one interaction I had with him was incredibly impatient and I ultimately felt disrespected.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the store has a great selection. Admittedly, a mistake was made with my purchase, and I had to return to the store. The salesman rectified the situation free-of-charge and apologized profusely. Personally, I feel the 5 stars are still warranted regardless of the mistake because of how quickly and professionally it was corrected. Love Best Buy!
