Horrible customer service. Associate led me to believe I will have a credit towards future purchase and all along they refunded my credit card which took 20 days from time of return. Figuring this out wasted time for both myself and other team member trying to sort this out. On top of it this issue was the first purchase that was made for a clock that didn't even work - come to find out that they're just for decoration and not suppose to work?! What a mess.
