When you order, you choose the wood, stain, table edge, and legs of the table and are also able to create your own semi-custom look by asking for leg variations, etc. Delivery was as expected and the quality of the product is unmatched!
Nice furniture, price is comparable, maybe a little less, than other quality furniture stores. Remarkably low pressure sales.
A beautiful new apartment deserves a furniture upgrade which is just what I found at the Amish Furniture Gallery. Their craftsmanship is amazing and there's nothing like having a hand in creating custom work in gorgeous hardwood that perfectly fits your space. The one thing to keep in mind is the time it takes to create each piece. They don't rush the process and the end result is amazing so it's definitely worth every day you're eagerly awaiting the shipment. On top of the super pleasant visit to the store itself where the staff answered my every question and took their time with me, the delivery itself went very smoothly!
Prior to purchasing this gorgeous furniture you need to know that what they promise for delivery within 12-16 weeks is false. We are well into 5 months of waiting and they can't find our chairs at the manufacturer. When calling the store you are given the run around and even rude service for asking when your furniture will be delivered. For the price that is paid I would advise that there are several other places to go for nice looking furniture. What's actually funny about our experience is that the work that Amish did has been completed for a few weeks...they can't get the manufacturing side done on the finishing of our chairs. So it's not the Amish community fault. While the furniture is gorgeous I recommend doing something else unless you have months and months and months to wait for your furniture and then receive bad customer service when you start demanding you want the product that you have put a deposit down on. Won't ever buy from this particular company again...but would purchase Amish made furniture from another company. Unhappy customers, The Pierce's
Went tonight when they had a warehouse sale going on. After walking around looking and finally found exactly what we were looking for we were ready for help to purchase the item. We stood at the desk for an employee to finish up with a customer. 15-20 past he never acknowledged we were there. No 'hello', no 'I will help you in a moment'. Nothing. Once done with the customer he walked away. We continued to try and get help. Another 20 mins past and still no help and no acknowledgement. My husband tried calling. A lady answered the phone. He said he had a question about their beds. She hung up. No purchase made. Going elsewhere. Not happy with the service.
